How much does complaints handling cost?

KNOV members can rely on the KNOV Complaints Procedure by virtue of their membership and as such meet the legal requirements.

Non-members that use the KNOV procedure must pay the full costs. These costs are € 1,900 per complaint (in accordance with the 2007 price index contribution). If the complaint is in relation to the partnership as a whole, non-members of the partnership must pay the costs on a pro rata basis.
