Our ambition
Mission and vision
The KNOV aims to strengthen the independent position of obstetricians within the Dutch healthcare system. We are also continuously engaged in improving the quality of obstetric care.
Objectives
The KNOV has laid down the following objectives in article 2 of its bylaws: "Promoting properly functioning obstetric care in the Netherlands, promoting the social-economic, professional and other interests of obstetricians, developing professional substance and improving the expertise of obstetricians as well as the quality of obstetric care by obstetricians."
